David "Foxy" Bayley

My Name is David Bayley, but I'm more commonly referred to as "Foxy". I run my own marathon events company in the UK offering multi day events - doubles, triples a Quadzilla & a 7 in 7. I'm 51 & started running on 2005 after accidentally winning a Holiday to to New York including running the NYC marathon, after that first experience I decided I wanted to run in a new country every 6 months (although that period narrowed a bit). My first 7 were all in 7 different countries. USA, France,Scotland,England, Netherlands, Italy & Belgium. I have completed 28 different countries - 24 of them sub 4 hours (Comrades ultra in South Africa being one of the exceptions). I completed the World Marathon majors in Tokyo in 2015 & 50 states in 2018 in New Jersey & 100th US marathon in Louisiana a year later. I have completed the Brathay 10 in 10 (10 marathons in 10 days) 6 times with a best of 37 hours 57 mins for the 10 days. I'm a member of the 100 sub 4 marathon club after running my 100th sub 4 in March 2014. I have a marathon PB of 3.09 & have also completed 4 x 100 milers.
