Elizabeth (LizNoel) Duncan

LizNoel Duncan currently lives in Cairo, Egypt, where she is an active member in the Maadi Runners club. She started running marathons just before she turned 40, and she promised her dad she'd only run ONE. 10 years and 50 marathons/ultras (yeah, not that many, she knows) later, in over 10 countries and 5 continents, she clearly has the bug for traveling to new destinations and running marathons. LizNoel is originally from the U.S. In addition to living in Egypt, she has also lived in Kuwait--where she hosted a marathon around the U.S. Embassy compound. LizNoel particularly enjoys helping local running groups host "official" marathons, and she believes that anyone can finish a marathon (especially if they don't care about their finishing time).
