Ziyad Rahim

Ziyad Rahim is an adventure-runner from Pakistan. He holds 10 Guinness World Records in long-distance running and is also the first athlete in the world to complete an ultra marathon, full marathon and half marathon on each continent. Ziyad is a member of the seven continents marathon club, having completed the circuit 7 times. To-date, Ziyad has completed over 250 long-distance races in 100+ countries. In 2015, Ziyad started Z Adventures, a marathon-travel company specializing in bespoke marathons around the world. The company organizes marathons in over 45 countries, the most by any adventure-travel company. Their flagship adventures include cruise marathon vacations in the Caribbean, the highest road marathon in the world in Northern Pakistan, the highest trail marathon in Kilimanjaro, a unique running adventure in the secluded island of Socotra, Yemen; and various other multi-country running challenges in Asia, Europe, South America, Antarctica and Africa. Z Adventures organized the Khunjerab Pass Challenge in Pakistan and Uhuru Peak Challenge in Tanzania. The events have now been approved by Guinness World Records as the highest altitude road ultra, full and half marathon (4,693 m) and highest altitude trail ultra, full and half marathon (5,984m). Z Adventures holds 7 Guinness World Records in long-distance running.
