Christoph Escher

I am Christoph Escher born 1966 in Ratingen (Germany). Back in summer of 2004 I decided to decrease my weight (132 kg) and started to run. After loosing 50 kg I run my first Marathon in 2006.

I like crazy Marathons like Inselmarathon (2013) with 120 laps on a very small island, or Parkhausmarathon in Dresden with nearly 50 laps up and down in a parking structure, but also Marathons with a small number of participants like Trapline Marathon in Canada.

The best thing about running Marathons in different countries is to meet other crazy runners and to see a lot of different places.
