I’m a runner shaped by patience, setbacks, and quiet consistency.
I started my athletic journey early as a track and field athlete, competing in middle-distance events, long jump, and triple jump from elementary to college. Like many, life happened—and running paused for nearly a decade.
In early 2024, I tied my shoes again. No shortcuts. No overnight results. Just showing up.
Since returning, I’ve pushed my limits from short distances to endurance running—finishing marathons, ultras, desert challenges, and long solo training runs, learning that progress isn’t always fast, but it’s always earned. From pain, fatigue, and doubts to breakthroughs and finish lines, every kilometer has taught me discipline, humility, and gratitude.
Running, for me, is not just about pace or distance.
It’s about showing up when it’s hard, trusting the process, and becoming better—physically and mentally—one run at a time.
My goal is simple:
"To inspire runners who are just starting, restarting, or struggling, and to prove that no matter how long the break, you can always come back stronger."
