Nicholas Sendelbach

Nicholas Sendelbach is an American endurance runner, U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 4, and cybersecurity consultant who began running in October 2023. A 24 year Army veteran, he also works as a Principal Professional Services Consultant for a leading global cybersecurity company. In 2024, his first full year of racing, Nicholas completed 27 races. That season included his first marathon, the 2024 Marine Corps Marathon, where he also completed the Distinguished Participant Challenge. He additionally finished three of the five races in the Armed Forces Marathon Series Challenge. In 2025 he completed 32 races, including 15 international events. That year he earned three Abbott World Marathon Majors stars, completed all six races in the SuperHalfs circuit, and finished three of the five races in Spain’s Las Cinco Grandes. His 2025 season included seven marathons across five countries and 20 half marathons across 10 countries. Nicholas holds PRs of 3:53 in the marathon, 1:45 in the half, 51:00 in the 10K, and 22:54 in the 5K.
