I live in Jakarta Indonesia. I ran my first marathon, the Jakarta Marathon in October 2013. I started running in December 2012 when a friend asked me to join an endurance race. At the time I could not run or participate in sports, being asthmatic and suffering asthmatic attacks. To relive the asthma, and be able to run the race, I began swimming, practicing every morning and afternoon. I then added running and subsequently completed the Bintan Triathlon.

I participated in several races from 5km to 21 km, increasing my race distances to the Marathon 42km. I have since run several marathons and have completed 5 IronMan and Half Ironman events with more scheduled. I look forward to running the world with the Marathon Globetrottters.
